Do you have any kind of rituals before you go on stage?
No, not really. You have to be there an hour in advance and if anything I just have this ritual of coming in and getting the make-up and hair done, always sitting listening to the play through the tanoy system...
Have there been any embarrassing moments?
I haven't had anything awful. Touch wood. I had a couple of times when I was so busy congratulating myself for what I thought was great in my performance and just lost track for a split second. It's not even a second and you just notice it but nobody else does. But there’s been nothing really bad. Quite a few people have been ill but we are back on track now.
How were the cast?
They've been brilliant, really supportive and they've really helped me a lot. If it wasn't for their help I wouldn't have got into the character and that's what you need when you are learning: people to guide you. And Diana in particular has been fantastic. It's been a real pleasure not difficulty at all and it's great to be in a group, you don't feel the pressure as they are behind you and you are behind them.
What happens after the theatre?
Despair, I imagine! I think I'm going to be travelling to America. I really need a holiday with some friends and then I'll be into the music again. I want to set something up so I can work at home which will take a while.
I want to take it quite easy because it's been such a hectic year: it would be nice to laze around a little bit but I'll probably get bored.
Has it made you hungry to do more stage work?
Yes, it has. When I finish it, I will really miss it. I will really miss the company around me and the interaction with the audience. I'd love to do another play and more acting but I have to wait and see what comes up.
Have you had a chance to do any songwriting?
I'm just about to start writing which will be good. First time for a while in months. Yes, it's good to go back into it. I've found a couple of people and I met someone else the other day to work with. I did a song in a club with some friends and met a pianist and he asked whether I'd like to come along? And I said yes. It's good to start getting back into it again. |

I can't wait for the new music as well Nina and I'm sure Will's 4th album is going to be his best yet.

He makes me shiver regularly Eggie! I can't wait for some new music! I play everything I have in rotation, I must listen to that voice often!

Me too! I even recorded a CD with his songs and I took it to my work. I play it everytime I'm left all alone! 
I just love his voice!
